By providing welfare services for the elderly, helpless and disabled community living in the southern province, leading projects and programs to make them part of the development of the southern province and by providing care and proper guidance to the children who have suffered social injustice and gone astray in the southern province, they work for the country through their rehabilitation and development. Forming a group is the main role of the Southern Province Social Welfare Probation and Child Care Services Department.

Among the children who are directly served by the Probation Department are children in conflict with the law, victims, orphans, abandoned and destitute children as well as children in need of care and protection. The most important task of the Probation Department is to ensure the safety and welfare of the children and release them into the society by ensuring the best interests of the children.
The Department of Social Services acts as the forerunner of the welfare of the disabled and elderly in the Southern Province by implementing various projects for the welfare of the needy, disabled and elderly community in the Southern Province.
